Ivana Dragičević is award winning journalist, currently editor-at-large at N1 Television, exclusive CNN affiliate for the Adria-Balkans Region. She’s 2022/2023. Europe’s Futures Fellow at IWM Vienna. During her almost 30 years long career she made several documentaries on global security, development, Middle East, Africa, China and she interviewed various global figures from Jens Stoltenberg and Amir Maalouf to Bob Geldof and Bashar al-Assad.
In recent years she cooperated with European Parliament in producing and authoring documentary series Voters 2024 and Future of Europe. She’s an alumna of Reuters Foundation, ARD-ZDF Medien Akademie, Moscow School of Political Studies, IVLP State Department programme on fighting violent extremism, United Nations Academy, Academy for Political Development and she’s a member of The Trilateral Commission where she’s a part of selection committee for David Rockefeller Fellows. Dragicevic is an author of two acclaimed books – (Un)equals (2018.), on global order and inequality and (Un)secured, on future of security in the world (2023.).
For her work she received many awards, most recently Gordana Susa Award for the best TV journalist in Adria-Balkans region. She’s the founder of Europe Future Centre, space for reflection that connects different ideas and visions for future of Europe in the world and often moderates and speaks on various conferences.
