Zviad Adzinbaia is a Founding Partner at LEADx, a Tbilisi-based multinational summit and senior leadership accelerator impacting over 20 countries. From 2022 to 2023, he also led the Digital Diplomacy Task Force for Ukraine. Known for his extensive collaboration with leading global media, Zviad’s insights have featured on BBC, CNN, the Boston Globe, and other prominent outlets. He regularly advises senior policymakers, tech entrepreneurs, and experts, engaging in initiatives across more than 20 countries on four continents, with a primary focus in the United States and Europe. Zviad collaborates closely with leading tech firms, academia, think tanks, and government bodies, concentrating on data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and international security. His career spans roles at the European Parliament, the NATO Defense College in Rome, and prominent global consulting firms. At NATO, he authored a widely referenced report on NATO's strategic engagement in the Black Sea region in response to Russia’s intensifying kinetic and hybrid warfare tactics. A native of Georgia, Zviad holds a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) from Sokhumi State University in Tbilisi and a Master of Arts from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. As a 2021 Fulbright Senior Scholar in collaboration with Microsoft’s Democracy Forward program, he has centered his research on information integrity and digital diplomacy. He is also a Sarah Scaife & Lynde and Harry Bradley Doctoral Scholar and a Ph.D. Candidate (with distinction) at The Fletcher School.
