Stavroula Kampouridou has over 20 years of experience in IT, FinTech, and Innovation. She began her career at IBM Greece as a Hardware Sales Specialist and later advanced to Client Systems Manager. She then joined the National Bank of Greece (NBG Group) as an Executive Advisor, where she played a key role in establishing the bank's Procurement Group before serving as IT Procurement Manager.
Since January 2021, she has been the CEO of DIAS S.A., Greece’s Automated Clearing House (ACH). Under her leadership, DIAS has significantly expanded instant payments across Europe, successfully migrated to TIPS, and achieved record growth in transaction volume, revenues, and net profits for four consecutive years. In 2024 alone, DIAS processed 467 million transactions worth €502 billion.
Previously, Ms. Kampouridou served as Technology Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Greece and Head of the FinTech Innovation Hub, where she spearheaded initiatives such as Greece’s first Regulatory Sandbox.
She is an independent non-executive director and Audit Committee member at HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. and Fourlis Holdings S.A..
Ms. Kampouridou holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Athens and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where she studied on a full university scholarship.
