With more than 20 years of experience in various strategy and M&A positions in banking Nicholas joined EOS Capital Partners in 2024 as a Senior Partner. Prior to this role he was General Manager and Chief of the Corporate Center at Alpha Bank, overseeing Strategy, Investments, Private Equity, Legal, Governance, Communications and HR.
He has worked on complex transactions across asset classes, has led or contributed to equity raising and capital markets transactions with more than €10bn raised since 2008, and has a solid track record in building teams to support delivery of strategic goals.
Nicholas has significant governance experience, having served as a Non-Executive Board Member of various companies across multiple sectors. He currently holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Cepal Services and Holdings S.A.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
