Yannis Delikanakis
Mr. Delikanakis is a finance & real estate entrepreneur with a track record in Europe and in the USA.
In 2021 he co-founded Southrock, an investment and asset management firm focused on equity and debt investments in Greece. Since then, Southrock has executed and managed investments in excess of €300m of investors’ capital.
In 2004 he co-founded Bluehouse Capital, an independent private equity real estate investment management firm with approximately €500m under management, with a focus on the property markets of Central and Southeastern Europe.
Prior to founding Bluehouse, Mr. Delikanakis established Technical Olympic’s real estate operations in the United States and was elected Executive Vice Chairman of the board of directors of NYSE-listed Technical Olympic USA Inc.
He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a certified Investment Services provider by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
Mr. Delikanakis holds a Diploma of Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate from Harvard University.
