Elisabeth has over 25 years experience as an M&A and project finance transaction lawyer. Starting as a corporate lawyer from Arthur Andersen’s Moscow office in the late 90’s, she has been with Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm (KG Law Firm) for over 22 years. For the last 10 years, Elisabeth has been leading the Project Development and the Startups and Innovation team of KG Law Firm.
In the project development space, she regularly leads legal teams in M&A and financing of social infrastructure PPPs, RES projects, privatizations and concessions acting for systemic banks, international financing institutions, public sector entities and private investors alike.
In the startups and innovations space, Elisabeth typically acts for private equity investors and startups in their early investment rounds and during their exits.
Outside KG, Elisabeth is a mother of two daughters, a veteran competitive swimmer and national league volleyball player .
