Since joining kariera.gr in 2008—the leading job portal in Greece and a cornerstone of Kariera Group— she has advanced steadily, becoming Sales Director in 2012. Under her leadership, her team emerged as one of the highest-performing in the EMEA region, achieving outstanding sales growth despite challenging economic conditions. In 2017, she was promoted to Managing Director of CareerBuilder Greece, a role in which she propelled the company to new heights, with her efforts honored by awards for empowering employment and making a meaningful social impact. In 2019, she expanded her influence internationally, becoming Managing Director of CareerBuilder Sweden.
Her commitment to responsible leadership earned her the “New Leader” award at the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards in 2020, celebrating her dedication to sustainable business practices. In 2023, Manto was appointed President of Europe for Kariera Group, a role that underscored her influence in the region and paved the way for her appointment as CEO in 2024.
