Mr. Christos Goulas is the General Director of the Labour Institute of GSEE (INE GSEE) and the Centre for Educational Policy Development (KANEP GSEE).
He is an Associate Professor at Neapolis University in Pafos, Cyprus, in the field of human resource skills development, lifelong learning and design of educational programmes.
He is a member of European and National committees responsible for policy development and implementation in the fields of employment policies, vocational training and lifelong learning. He has significant writing and research activity in the above fields.
He is a Lecturer at the Department of Social and Education Policy, University of the Peloponnese (MSc “Education, Human Resources and Employment Policies").
Ο Χρήστος Γούλας είναι Γενικός Διευθυντής του Ινστιτούτου Εργασίας και του Κέντρου Ανάπτυξης Εκπαιδευτικής Πολιτικής της ΓΣΕΕ.
Είναι Επίκουρος Καθηγητής στο Πανεπιστήμιο Neapolis Pafos Κύπρος, στο γνωστικό πεδίο της ανάπτυξης δεξιοτήτων ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, δια βίου μάθησης και σχεδιασμού εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων.
Είναι μέλος ευρωπαϊκών και εθνικών επιτροπών επεξεργασίας και παραγωγής πολιτικής στα πεδία των πολιτικών απασχόλησης, επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης και δια βίου εκπαίδευσης. Έχει σημαντική συγγραφική και ερευνητική δραστηριότητα στα παραπάνω πεδία.
Είναι Διδάσκων στο τμήμα Κοινωνικής και Εκπαιδευτικής Πολιτικής του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου (ΠΜΣ «Εκπαίδευση, Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό και Πολιτικές Απασχόλησης»).
