After spending more than 8 years in Switzerland and The Netherlands, Nikoletta returned to Greece as the CFO & VP BoD for Medtronic Hellas SA in May 2018 at the young age of 32. Currently she holds the Finance Director position for Greece (& VP BoD), Israel, BeNeLux & Nordics countries in Medtronic focusing on strategy and value adding business models across the different markets. Nikoletta has negotiated and achieved long term strategic partnerships with Private Hospitals as well as shared proposals with Public Health Authorities on long lasting challenges in the Greek Health Market. Throughout the years Nikoletta has led several Teams and has been described as a passionate and empathic leader who fights for equality and inclusion. As a typical Millennial (with GenZ characteristics) Nikoletta is adaptable, tech-savvy, values work-life balance and meaningful work. A strong sense of purpose defines her philosophy of life. She has been a Professional Athlete in Long Jump and Silver Medalist in the National Greek Indoor Championship of 2008. Those years in Athletics shaped her passion to achieve all her targets via hard work, equality, and persistence. Nikoletta has worked for Novartis Headquarters in Basel Switzerland where she successfully joined and accomplished the 4-year Finance Rotation Development Program, a fast-track program which prepares the next generation CFOs. She has also worked for Novartis Switzerland as Business Planning & Analysis Manager for Alcon division & for Novo Nordisk International Operations in Zurich as Finance Manager for Region Japan & Korea. Nikoletta holds a MSc in Economics & Business, Accounting & Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands and a BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
