Dimosthenis Voivontas is the CEO of DAPEEP SA. With more than 20 years of experience in energy, industry and finance, he has a strong background in renewable energy, portfolio and project management, state aid programs design, large scale investments monitoring.
He is a chemical engineer with a PhD in energy planning and and MBA. As general director in the Ministry of Finance contributed to the design and timely implementation of projects and reforms across all sectors of the economy in the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Plan. As a director in the Ministry of Development coordinated the licensing and monitoring of Projects of Common Interest in the energy sector as well as strategic investments in the sectors of energy, industry and tourism. He has extensive teaching and research experience in renewable energy sources, natural resources management and state aid schemes.
