Julia Kl. Tsetis President & CEO of Tsetis Pharmaceutical Group of Companies, is Pharmacist MSc, Doctor Honoris of NKU of Athens and of University of Patras.
Julia Tsetis was born in Athens and graduated from the Pharmacy department of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Biopharmaceutics department of the University of Manchester.
Since 2010, she is president and CEO of Tsetis Group of Pharmaceutical Companies. Today the Tsetis Group employs 700 people, has state-of-the-art facilities in Kifissia and exports to more than 72 countries.
She has created the " KLEON TSETIS" Foundation, aiming to support the new generation of scientists, enhancing the «brain gain».
She participated as an inventor or as CEO of the Group - more than 100 patents and 48 scientific papers.
On October 8, 2024, at the CPHI international exhibition in Milan, Julia Tsetis, received the global award "WOMAN of the YEAR", for her dedication to innovation and sustainable development.
Since June 2022, she has been the General Secretary of BoD of the Association of Businesses and Industries (SEV), while for a long time, she has been the Head of the SEV Committee on EQUALITY, DIVERSITY, INCLUSION.
In February 2021, she was elected President of the BoD of the UN Global Compact Network Greece, the Greek Network, of the Global Compact of the United Nations.
In June 2022, UNI-PHARMA was awarded by ACCI, with the top distinction for CSR robust strategy and the award was presented by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Mrs. Julia Tsetis was for two years, among the 75 successful, leading personalities of Greece who inspire and support students "startuppers", supporting the NGO Junior Achievement Greece, as “Inspirational Mentor”
On November 1st, 2023, UNI-PHARMA was distinguished as one of the 6 most competitive companies in the country - GROWTH WINNER - by GRANT THORNTON & EUROBANK, out of a total of 8,000 companies.
More over, the Group has been declared Top Employer in Greece for three years – 2023, 2024, 2025- by the Top Employer Institute.
