Elena Mavromichali is a strategist with more than 20 years of extensive experience in the intersection of culture, philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and governance. Passionate about human-centric technology and innovative tools with social impact, she strives to place culture at the core of policymaking, emphasizing its transformative power in addressing societal challenges. Since 2014, she has been acting as a facilitator and advocate for the support of Greece's Cultural and Creative industries, engaged in cross-sectoral collaboration and relevant policymaking. She currently serves as a Cultural Advisor to the Greek Government.
With a background spanning grassroots organizations, foundations, and cultural institutions, she has held leadership and advisory roles with the UNESCO Futures Literacy and Foresight team, the Onassis Foundation, Impact Hub Network, Women’s WorldWide Web (W4), and Sotheby’s Auctioneers in London. She has also forged strategic partnerships with global organizations in technology, philanthropy, and social entrepreneurship.
Advanced studies in Strategy, Innovation, and Strategic Leadership complement her academic foundation in Art History and Cultural Management. She has been awarded scholarships from the Latsis Foundation, the University of Warwick, and Salzburg Global.
