Ioannis is a Founding Partner of Colliers Greece & Cyprus and heads its Capital Markets service line. He brings 20 years of experience in real estate investments and advisory. He is focusing on (re)development, repositioning and value add asset and portfolio investments as well as strategic REO servicing solutions. In addition, he advises on sustainable real estate and promotes ESG compliant investments.
Ioannis is working closely with investors, financiers, hoteliers and corporates to originate, underwrite and manage investments predominantly in the commercial and hospitality sectors in SE Europe.
In the past, Ioannis worked in London for Europa Capital as an Asset Manager for its pan European investment portfolio and for Deloitte as a Consultant in its Real Estate Financial Advisory practice. He also worked for Citigroup in Rome.
Ioannis holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris, an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from UCL and a MEng in Civil Engineering from NTU of Athens.
