Passionate about People Management, Natassa has successfully taken over a number of HR roles in the Greek banking industry throughout her career, initially with Citi and as of 2008 with the Eurobank Group. Her professional focus spans from strategic workforce management, talent development, leadership and employee relations to the study and implementation of new people technologies, work digitization, organizational culture and new ways of work. She has taken over a number of HR leadeship positions in Greece while she also served as the CHRO for Eurobank Private bank in Luxembourg. In these roles she has supported the organizational and structural development of the bank, focusing on businesses evolution, navigating through the Greek crisis, and facilitated business restructurings as well companies and unit mergers and acquisitions, maintaining a positive work climate and employee relations. As of 2018, Natassa is appointed as the Eurobank Group CHRO, responsible for the design and implementation of the Group HR strategy and policy, while she is also a member of the bank's Executive Board. She holds an MSc in Industrial Relations and HRM from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
