Mr. Panoussis is CEO of doValue Greece Loan Management Company which manages NPL
portfolios of all Greek Banks & other Investors/Funds. He is also Vice Chairman of the Hellenic Loan Servicers Association. He has more than 31 years of experience in Banking & NPL management. He started his career in 1994 at ABN AMRO BANK, while in 1998 he moved to assume various management positions at AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK. In 2001, he moved to the National Bank of Greece (NBG) as Head of International Retail Banking having the responsibility of Retail Banking activities in 6 countries of Southeastern Europe. In 2006, he joined Eurobank Group and during his 14 years tenure he has been assigned numerous leading positions (General Manager - Head of Household Lending & Head of Individual Banking, etc). His last assignment was General Manager of Retail NPLs & CEO of Eurobank FPS, being also member of the Executive Board of the Bank (ExBo) from 2015-2020. Following the carve out of Eurobank FPS to doValue S.p.A. in 2020, he assumed the role of CEO of doValue Greece & doValue Real Estate Services, managing €30bn of AuMs and a team of 1000 people. Following the expansion of doValue’s activities in Greece, he also became Chairman of doValue’s new ventures, of doAdvise & Finthesis. He holds an MBA from ALBA, a degree in Applied Informatics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also a graduate of the Leadership programs of INSEAD & SDA Bocconi.
