Dr. Sotiris Petropoulos is Associate Professor at the University of the Peloponnese focusing, among others, on Social Economy, as well as Cofounder of HIGGS, a non-profit aiming at supporting the Greek Philanthropy Ecosystem through capacity building, networking and innovation sharing. Throughout his career Sotiris has supported more than 300 non-profits and social enterprises across Greece reaching their full potential, while theorizing on issues connected to social economy development in Greece and Europe. He is a core member of the Initiative for Transparency, advocating for a more transparent ecosystem that will unleash positive energy to the benefit of Greek society as a whole.
