Panos Konstantopoulos is the President of the Kaizen Foundation, an international non-profit organization exclusively funded by Kaizen Gaming, with core pillars in education, the environment, and social welfare.
Through the Kaizen Foundation, Panos Konstantopoulos aims to implement initiatives with significant social impact, supporting non-profit organizations in all the countries where Kaizen Gaming operates. The Foundation’s flagship initiative in Greece is the renovation of Penteli General Children's Hospital, a €4.1 million project that includes the refurbishment of operating rooms, clinics, and other hospital facilities. A similar project has been completed in Romania, with the renovation of the Pitești Pediatric Hospital, while additional initiatives are planned for Latin America.
Panos holds an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in Information Science and Technology from the Ionian University.
