Nikolaos Koulocheris is the Co-Founding Partner of Machas & Partners and Head of Real Estate, with extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, privatizations and project development with focus in infrastructure and utilities. He has managed major real estate privatization projects, including the Ellinikon – Agios Kosmas project for the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund. Formerly, he served as Secretary General of Economic Policy in the Ministry of Finance, overseeing state aid, privatizations, and corporate governance reforms, including the drafting of Law 4972/2022. Nikolaos has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1998, licensed to practice before Greece's Supreme Court, and holds an LL.M. in Labor Law from the University of Nuremberg.
