Costas Tsalikis is the Southern Europe and Benelux CHRO in Citi. He has 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management having held leadership positions in Greece, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Throughout his career he has led various organizational development & design initiatives, business & culture transformations, talent acquisition and development, as well as implementation of strategic HR programs. Costas holds a B.Sc in Operational Research and Marketing from Athens University of Economics and Business, a European M.Sc in Total Quality Management from University of Piraeus and Aarhus School of Business in Denmark. He is a certified lecturer in postgraduate programs, an accredited coach, he actively participates in international conferences as a speaker and writes articles on contemporary HR topics. He is the Chairman of the Human Resources, Training and Financial Literacy Committee of the Hellenic Banking Association, a member of the Employment Committee of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, the GPMA and EMCC Greece.
