Andreas is leading EY’s Assurance Services in Greece since July 2020 as well as the CESA, South Cluster Assurance Leader, with 29 years of experience in assurance services.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a specialization in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Manchester, in 1996. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a member of the respective chartered accountant institutes in Greece, Romania, and Cyprus. He is a member of the Executive Committee of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL).
Andreas has extensive experience in the oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, and construction industries. He has been heavily involved in Capital Markets transactions for equity and bond raisings in the Athens, London, New York, and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges. Furthermore, he has been involved in audits of financial statements and transaction support (IPOs and Mergers and Acquisitions) throughout Southeast Europe.
