Lefteris is the managing partner of McKinsey’s office in Greece and Cyprus. He leads McKinsey’s work on global energy and materials in Greece. He is passionate about rethinking the strategy and operations of companies in the energy and heavy industry sectors through the angle of sustainability and energy transition and digital. Lefteris has led numerous of strategic repositioning, corporate restructuring, and growth transformations for utilities and energy companies in Greece, the rest of Europe, and the Middle East. He has also driven innovation in supply chain, operations, and organization, and raised the bar on the sustainability ambition and commitment of industrial companies in Europe and the United States.
