Anna Rokofyllou is a lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar. She holds a Law degree from the University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Community Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Paris-Sud 11 (Sceaux).
She worked as a freelance lawyer and, from 1994 to 2006, served as a legal advisor at the Special Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Since 1994, she has been actively involved in local government. She was elected four times as a Municipal Councilor in the Municipality of Athens and twice as a Regional Councilor in the Region of Attica.
She chaired the Organization of Culture, Sports, and Youth of the Municipality of Athens from September 2019 to September 2021 and served as Deputy Mayor for Equality Policies, Combating Discrimination, and Interracial Violence from September 2021 to January 2023.
As of September 2023, she has been serving as the Chair of the Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation.
Since June 2024, she has been a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Helleniq Energy.
