Corporate counsel with a focus on financing and operating large-scale projects, project finance, concession agreements, state aid, corporate restructuring, and privatizations. She holds a law degree from Athens Law School and advanced diplomas (DEA) in Public Law and Comparative Public Law from Paris I (Sorbonne).
Since 2021, Natalie has been General Counsel for the Greek subsidiaries of Eldorado Gold Corporation (Hellas Gold, Thracean Mining, Thracean Mines), one of Greece’s largest foreign investors. Eldorado Gold subsidiaries manage five mining properties in the country, including the Cassandra Mines, home to the world-class Skouries gold-copper project currently under development and are a key contributor to the Greek economy, focusing on mining, development, and exploration of gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc.
Previously, Natalie served as General Counsel for motorway concession companies NEA ODOS and ODOS KENTRIKI ELLADAS (2016–2021) and GAIAOSE, a state-owned railway asset management company (2003–2015). She has also worked with the European Commission, IMF, and World Bank on infrastructure reforms in Greece and Serbia.
Natalie has been recognized in all editions of the Legal 500 GC Powerlist for Greece for her contributions to the legal field. She represents ICC Hellas on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, World Association of Mining Lawyers, and the Hellenic Society for the Study of Construction Technology Law, where she serves on the board.
