Spyros Kaminaris is the Head of Tax Partner in EY and focuses on the international tax advice. He has been also leading the Belgrade Tax practice of EY in Serbia from 2006-2011 and is currently leading the ITS – Transfer Pricing Team in Greece. He is the CESA South Cluster Markets Tax Leader supervising the Markets of Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Northern Macedonia, Cyprus and Malta.
Spyros joined EY in 2002 following Andersen combination and is based in the Athens office.
Spyros has graduated from the Economic Faculty of the University of Athens in 1992 and holds a Post Graduated Degree in Greek Tax law. He has attended numerous seminars and conferences on corporate taxation, M&A, international tax structures and transfer pricing matters. He is a member of the Greek Financial Chamber of Commerce.
He has been involved in a wide-range of assignments including transaction tax, transfer pricing, and M&A structuring.
Spyros advises major client Groups such as OTE Group, Coca Cola Hellenic Group (coordinating the services for 30 countries), Inditex Group etc.
He has been the Lead Engagement Partner for the following projects: Strategic Review and disposal of Royal Shell Group in Greece, restructuring of OTE Group ( leading communication supplier in Greece), Coca Cola Hellenic Global TP doc. project, OTE Group TP doc. project, Aegean Marine Petroleum Network TP doc. project, CCH Global ITS restructuring etc.
