Irene Panagiotakopoulou has more than 25 years of experience in the "Big Four" and currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Deloitte Greece. In her role, she leads the firm's HR functions with a strong focus on developing a future-ready workforce. Throughout her career, Irene has significantly transformed HR into a strategic business partner, effectively aligning employee priorities with organizational goals. She is passionate about nurturing the next generation of leaders through purpose-driven and people-centric practices. Irene holds an MBA in Employment Relations from the University of Leicester, and she is an active member of several academic and corporate advisory boards.
