Theoni-Andrea Stylianou is a Partner in the People Advisory Services of RSM Greece, heading the Executive Search & Selection and HR Consulting solutions.
Through her experience, Theoni has participated in and led multiple projects offering bespoke services that allow firms to effectively manage their Human Capital and enhance people and organisational performance, including: HR Strategy, Executive Search & Selection, Review & Optimisation of Organisational Structures, Job & Competency Analysis, Organisational Structure Analysis, Assessment & Development, Performance & Reward Management, and Assessment Centre Creation & Psychometric Testing.
Additionally, she has an expertise in Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and assists organisations as a facilitator to empower their teams through creativity and inspire innovation. Theoni collaborates with global teams within RSM, leading international initiatives on people, innovation, and culture, while bringing global insights to local teams and clients.
Through her experience within several sectors of the Greek economy, she has gained extensive market knowledge and expertise in identifying, assessing and successfully placing executives in different positions and levels from managerial to C-Level. She has extensive knowledge of the methodology and tools that RSM uses in order to successfully identify top executives in Greek and international markets, as well as emerging talents.
Theoni is passionate about working with organizations to understand their strategic objectives, workplace environment, and culture, as well as their current and future needs within the specific conditions of each market. By aligning these insights with RSM Greece’s values, Theoni aims to bring to life the firm’s purpose of “Instilling Confidence in a World of Change,” helping organizations navigate complexities with trust and certainty.
Theoni holds an MSc in International Business & Management from ALBA Business School and a BA in Architecture from the University of Westminster in London. Additionally, she has obtained the HR Professional Diploma, the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, and is a certified CPS Facilitator.
