Mr. Karamousalis holds the position of General Manager at Piraeus Bank acting as Chief Transformation Officer. He has significant experience in the field of finance having served senior positions in the banking sector and international audit and consulting companies. Before moving to banking sector, he worked for over 10 years in international audit firms. He specializes in the banking sector and other sectors of the Greek economy in corporate finance matters, such as valuations, mergers & acquisitions, financial restructurings, financing, etc. Mr. Karamousalis joined Piraeus Bank Group in March 2018 as Chief of Staff in the CEO's office, holding the position of Assistant General Manager. Was born in 1981 and holds three degrees from higher academic institutions, namely, a BSc in Business Administration from University of Piraeus, MBA from University of Piraeus, and an MSc in Finance & Banking from Athens University of Economics. He is also a certified equity valuer from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
