Mr. Ioannis Spanoudakis was born in Chania,Greece. He studied Chemistry at the University of Athens and holds a Ph.D. in Material Science from the University of London. Ioannis has an extensive Executive Management experience in diverse industries such as Gaming, Plastics, Olympic Games Organization, Plastics processing and Recycling. He had a successful 17-year career in The Dow Chemical Company, the world's largest chemical and plastic materials company, reaching the position of Global Business Director. In 2001 he returned to Greece to take over the position of CEO of the ATHENS Organizing Committee for the 2004 Olympic Games. He served as CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of PETZETAKIS GROUP (2006-2008), as CEO and Vice Chairman of NGP Plastic SA (2012/2013) and Chairman and CEO of OPAP SA (2009-2012). Since 2014 he is a partner and member of the Board of Directors of Kaizen.
