Robert Abisoghomonyan holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Bucharest University and a Master's degree in International Relations from Yerevan State University. With an extensive diplomatic career, has served in various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, including in bilateral and multilateral areas. He subsequently worked as Assistant to the Minister (2021-2023) and later as Adviser to the Minister (2023-2025). In 2025 was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Participated in numerous international diplomatic engagements, security dialogues, and policy initiatives, contributing to Armenia's foreign policy priorities.
