Thanos Vlachopoulos, serves as General Manager within Corporate & Investment Banking at Piraeus, leading the business lines of Large Corporate Finance with the largest corporate portfolio in the Greek market, Development and Sustainable Banking, FIs & Correspondence Banking, Transaction Banking, Syndicated Loans and Piraeus Factoring SA. With more than 25 years of diverse experience, he combines extensive management and product expertise, while in the past he held managerial positions in both international and Greek local banks, such as Barclays, HSBC plc, BNP Paribas and ATEBank. He serves as Non- Executive Director in several BoD’s.
