Andriana Paraskevopoulou is an accomplished journalist and award-winning documentary filmmaker, currently presenting the 21:00 news bulletin for ERT. With a postgraduate degree in Journalism and New Media from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, she combines deep academic knowledge with extensive field experience.
As a multi-award-winning journalist, she has earned widespread recognition for her exceptional documentary work. Notably, she was awarded a distinguished Journalism Award by former President of the Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos in recognition of her documentary "CERN: The Secrets of the Universe". She has also earned international awards for her archaeological documentary, "The Enigma of Keros".
Most recently, her anniversary documentary "70 Years of CERN - The Greek Imprint" was screened to wide acclaim, gaining significant recognition both within the television audience and the scientific community.
In addition to her work as a journalist and filmmaker, Andriana has been recognized as a Communication Ambassador for the Eugenides Foundation for her exceptional contribution to making complex scientific concepts accessible to the public.
