Athina Stavrou has been leading the Human Resources department for MSD in Greece, Cyprus, and Malta since 2018, shaping a dynamic corporate culture that promotes innovation, development, and equality. With many years of experience in leadership positions in multinational organizations, she has guided transformation strategies and successfully navigated challenges in demanding business environments.
Her experience working with organizations across the globe from Europe and emerging markets to China and Canada, has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of leadership and talent management, actively contributing to initiatives that empower people and create an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.
As a pioneer in DEI actions, Athina actively supports the Women’s Network and NGN Network of MSD Greece, strengthening female leadership and giving voice to the new generation of executives. With her dedication to creating an inclusive and sustainable future, she continues to shape the HR landscape at both local and international levels.
