Director General at the National School of Judges (2013-2016).Member of Legislative Drafting Committees of the Ministry of Justice and of the Ministry of Administrative Reform (2002-2016). Representative of Greece: a) in the European Committee for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) (2011-2018), b) in the Group of Independent Experts of the Assembly of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, c) in the European Network of Judicial Training (EJTN) (2013-2016), d) in the Network of Supreme Courts which was created from the European Court of Human Rights (2017-2018). He has written monographs and articles in the fields of administrative law, constitutional law and of history of the administrative and constitutional institutions.
