Francois de Ricolfis is currently the head of the regional economic service in the franch Embassy in Athens, covering south east europe. He was previously based in Lebanon.
His career in Franc Treasury has covered two main topics
multilateral trade issues, (GATT then WTO) and export finance. He was for several years head of the State export credit department in the french export credit agency Coface (now BPI export).
