Panagiotis Vlachos is a strategy, communications expert and a public entrepreneur on innovation for public purposes. He holds a BA in Law (National University of Athens), an MSc in European Governance (LSE) and a Masters in Public Administration (Harvard Kennedy School of Government). He has been the cofounder of “Vouliwatch”, a non governmental initiative that promotes accountability and transparency in politics and the Head of Programs at the Institute of Local Governance and Policy Innovation at the European Public Law Organization. He has led the political movement “Forward Greece” to promote intergenerational equity and has served progressive politics from various advisory and political positions, as Secretary for Innovation, Deputy Spokesperson and Communications Secretary at PASOK. He currently serves as a Secretary for Public Sector at PASOK-KINAL.
