Charlotte Foucteau is the CEO of Teleperformance Greece and a member of its Board of Directors. With a proven track record of success, Charlotte assumed the role of CEO in November 2022, after serving as a Vice Presidents of Operations from 2020 to 2022.
Throughout her professional journey, Charlotte has consistently exhibited exceptional leadership qualities, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success. She initially showcased her skills as a Contact Center Manager, where she demonstrated her aptitude for driving performance and delivering outstanding results. From 2018 to 2020, she further solidified her expertise as one of the company's LOB Directors.
Having been an integral part of Teleperformance Greece since 2007, Charlotte possesses extensive experience in managing complex and multilingual accounts. Her deep understanding of the customer experience management industry and her commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the company's continuous development.
Charlotte Foucteau holds an academic degree in Law from the Pantheon Assas University in Paris.
