Dimitris Primpas is the General Manager of IBM for Greece and Cyprus and also leads IBM's Consulting Services for Greece and Cyprus. Since 2018, he has held the position of Director of IBM Consulting and has served as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of IBM Greece. Dimitris joined IBM in 2008 as a Project Manager in the Technology Services department and later served as Sales Manager for Technology Services in Greece and Cyprus. Prior to joining IBM, he worked as a Researcher at the Computer Technology Institute. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a Ph.D. from the University of Patras (Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics). Dimitris has extensive experience on Consulting and Technology services and has led significant transformational projects in Greek and Cypriot market (with focus on Financial Services and Energy & Utilities segments).
