Ioannis Tsiliras is the Customer Experience Transformation & Data Strategy Director at OTE, part of the Deutsche Telekom Group. With over 25 years of experience across telecommunications, automotive, and food industries, he led product development and digital transformation initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
Ioannis has headed the OTE cross functional Customer Experience Program and currently leads the Digital Customer Experience function, contributing to the company’s overall business transformation success. He is also driving the Sales Channel and Data Strategy, utilizing advanced analytics and AI for optimising marketing campaigns, sales performance and customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
Ioannis held multiple roles at COSMOTE and STET Hellas (now NOVA) and gained international experience at Jaguar Cars and Weetabix in the UK. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras, an MSc in Statistics & Reliability Modelling from City University London, and an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK.
