Constantina Kapetanaki is the CEO of Howden Hellas SA (the Greek arm of the Howden Broking Group), the largest corporate insurance and reinsurance broker in Greece.
Constantina joined Howden in November 2013 as Deputy CEO and since then she has successfully concluded 18 major acquisitions, that along with a double digit annual organic growth have created the leading broker of the Greek insurance market.
With prior roles including Country Operating Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Senior Manager at KPMG, and Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, Constantina brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, team management, and operational optimization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Athens University of Business and Economic Sciences and is a Certified Accountant. Her career highlights include managing multidisciplinary teams, driving cost efficiencies, and delivering sustainable growth through innovative strategies. Fluent in Greek and English, Constantina is committed to mentorship, diversity in the workplace, and staying ahead of international business trends, making her a dynamic and influential leader in the finance and insurance sectors.
